What is a credit?: Credits are used every time Brehnz analyzes, scores, rewrites, or generates content. Small jobs — a social post, a short email — use just a few (roughly 5–10). Larger jobs, like a full content audit or a long-form rewrite, use more (roughly 15–20).
Do my credits expire?: Your monthly granted credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. Any credits you purchase as top-ups never expire — they stay in your account until you use them.
What is a Project Space (Brain Cell)?: A separate working environment inside Brehnz — one for your keynote, one for your book, one for your LinkedIn content. Each space keeps its own memory and context.
What is the Starter Voice Profile?: A lightweight model of your voice, built from your website and onboarding answers — ready from day one.
