Brehnz Litigation

Invite-only Partner Program

Openings and closings, drafted and audited before you stand up.

Brehnz Litigation drafts and audits opening statements and closing arguments for trial lawyers. Every audit runs through six gates and comes back as a scored report with a clear Ready, Revise or Hold status.

Not legal advice. All output must be reviewed by qualified counsel before use.

What it does

Draft openings and closings

Ask for an opening statement, a closing argument or a matched pair. Drafts are written to be spoken aloud, in a neutral voice you can make your own.

Audit your own draft

Paste a draft and get findings across six gates: compliance, architecture, jury psychology, rhetoric and craft, substantive law, and coherence.

Scores you can rely on

Scoring is arithmetic in code, not model opinion. The same draft gets the same score, and a critical compliance or coherence problem always holds approval.

Organized by matter

Each client matter gets its own space, so its documents, drafts and audits stay together and apart from every other matter.

How it works

  1. Open a matter

Create a matter and add the case documents you want Brehnz to work from.

  2. Set the scene

Tell Brehnz the work product, jurisdiction, audience and goal. If something is missing, it asks before it starts.

  3. Draft or audit

Ask for a draft, or paste your own. Follow up with "audit it" or "fix it" in the same conversation.

  4. Review the report

Findings come back in a fixed A to F report with an overall status, ready for counsel to review.

Who it's for

  • Trial lawyers preparing openings and closings
  • Litigation teams that want a consistent pre-trial review
  • Civil and criminal practice in US and Canadian courts, jury or bench
