How Brehnz.ai uses AI models

Brehnz.ai is built on large language models provided by Anthropic and OpenAI. We use these models only to generate the analysis, scoring, and content you request inside the platform — never to build or improve their models, and never to expose your content to other users or third parties.

Anthropic (Claude)

Brehnz.ai operates under a commercial API agreement with Anthropic. Under this agreement, Anthropic does not use any of your inputs or outputs to train or improve its models, and your content is not retained by Anthropic beyond what is required to process your request. This protection applies specifically because Brehnz.ai uses Anthropic's commercial API — the training-use provisions that apply to some Anthropic consumer products do not apply to data processed through Brehnz.ai.

OpenAI

Brehnz.ai also routes requests through OpenAI's API platform under a business agreement. By default, OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs to train or improve its models. OpenAI may briefly retain inputs and outputs for up to 30 days solely for abuse monitoring and system reliability before permanent deletion; this data is never used for training and is not accessible to other customers.

What this means for you

• Your talks, writing, frameworks, client language, and any content you submit to Brehnz.ai — including material submitted for a Bespoke Brain build — is used exclusively to generate your requested output.
• Neither Anthropic nor OpenAI uses your content to train their models.
• Your content is not shared with, sold to, or made accessible to other Brehnz.ai users.
• Data submitted for your Signature Voice Brain or Bespoke Brain remains associated only with your account and is used solely to power your personalized outputs.

Third-party subprocessors

Anthropic and OpenAI act as subprocessors under data processing agreements that prohibit use of your data for model training and require industry-standard security safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data associated with your account, request deletion of your content, or ask questions about how your data is processed by contacting support@brehnz.ai.
